Your ankles carry
every step you take.
Eight hours standing, a long shift, a long walk with the dog. By evening your ankles have done more work than any other joint you own. This is what holding them feels like — at whatever firmness you want.
Two straps.
You pick the firmness.
Slide it on, set the arch, set the ankle. Change it whenever you like.
Firm for the gym.
Light for the sofa.
Same brace, two settings. That's the whole point of the straps.

What people say
after two weeks of wear.
Wear it for a week.
Then decide.
Compression is personal — some people love the feeling and some never get used to it. If you're in the second group, tell us and we'll refund you.

something you'll wear all day.

Will this fix my ankle pain?
We're not going to tell you it will. This is a compression support brace, not a treatment, and we make no claim that it heals or relieves any condition.
What it does is hold the ankle and arch firmly while you move, at whatever firmness you set. A lot of people like that feeling after a long day on their feet, and that's the honest reason to buy one.
If you have ankle or foot pain, please get it looked at. Pain lasting more than a couple of weeks, pain after an injury, or pain that is getting worse all need a doctor or physiotherapist — not a brace.
Ankle pain has a lot of possible causes and some get worse while you wait. A brace that makes something feel manageable is the wrong reason to put off an appointment.
Who shouldn't wear compression?
Talk to a doctor before wearing this if you have:
- Poor circulation or peripheral arterial disease
- Diabetes, particularly with any numbness in your feet
- A blood clot, or any history of one
- Open wounds, broken skin, a rash or infection on the foot or ankle
- Significant swelling connected to a heart or kidney condition
- Any loss of sensation in the foot
The reason matters: compression relies on you being able to feel whether it's too tight. If sensation in your feet is reduced you can't — and with adjustable straps it's easy to pull it tighter than you should without noticing.
Loosen or remove it immediately if you get numbness, tingling, increased pain, a colour change in your toes, or skin that stays indented after you take it off.
See a doctor urgently rather than putting on a brace if one ankle or calf swells suddenly, especially with pain, warmth or redness.
How tight should the straps be?
You should be able to slide a finger under the strap. That's the test. Snug and present, never gripping.
You'll notice it when you first put it on and largely forget about it within ten minutes. Signs it's too tight: pins and needles, toes going pale or dusky, throbbing, or a deep mark still in the skin a few minutes after you take it off.
Start with a few hours a day rather than a full day straight away, and loosen it when you sit down for a long stretch.
Can I sleep in it?
We'd say no, unless a clinician has specifically told you to.
You're not moving or checking the straps while asleep, so a brace that's slightly too tight gets eight uninterrupted hours to cause a problem. Give your ankle the night off.
Will it fit inside my shoes?
Yes — that's the point of the flat straps and low-profile body. No bulky buckle and no padding, so it goes inside sneakers, work shoes and boots without changing how the shoe fits.
With a very tight dress shoe you may notice the difference. In a sneaker or a boot, most people don't.
What size do I need?
Measure your ankle circumference just above the bone and match the sizing table. Go by that measurement, not your shoe size — shoe sizing varies too much between brands.
Measure in the evening when your ankles are largest. Between sizes? Go up — the straps take up slack easily, but a brace that's too small leaves you overtightening to compensate. And if it's wrong when it arrives, we'll exchange it free.
How do I wash it?
- Hand wash cold with mild soap, and close the straps first so the hook-and-loop doesn't snag
- Air dry. A tumble dryer kills the elastic and the compression goes with it
- No fabric softener — it coats the fibres and clogs the hook-and-loop
- No bleach, no ironing
Wash after a full day of wear. This is why most people end up with two — one is always drying.
Is it one brace or two?
One brace, and it's symmetrical, so it fits your left or right ankle.
If you want both ankles covered, or a spare for while one is drying, the 2 and 3 packs bring the price down to $32.50 and $28.33 each.
Can I return it if I've worn it?
Yes, for a refund within 30 days — and we won't ask you to post a worn brace back. Email us and we'll refund your card.
For a size exchange, send a photo of the fit and we'll ship the right size free.
For hygiene reasons we can't resell returned items, so please don't post anything back unless we've asked you to. EU and UK customers also have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, which sits alongside this.
When will it arrive?
