By browsing getkoprez.com or placing an order you agree to these
terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. WHO WE ARE

This store is operated by ClickCraft Ventures, established in Verona,
Italy. "We", "us" and "our" mean ClickCraft Ventures. "You" means the
person browsing the site or placing an order.

2. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where
you live, to place an order. By ordering you confirm that you are.

This product is not intended for children. Do not fit a compression
brace to a child without advice from a healthcare professional.

3. WHAT THIS PRODUCT IS — AND IS NOT

THIS SECTION IS IMPORTANT. Please read it before ordering.

The Koprez adjustable ankle brace is a COMPRESSION SUPPORT GARMENT for
sport, standing and everyday wear. It is sold for comfort and support.

IT IS NOT A MEDICAL DEVICE. It is not intended to diagnose, treat,
cure, prevent or relieve any disease, injury or medical condition, and
we make no such claim anywhere on this site.

Specifically, we do not claim and have never claimed that this product:
  • Treats or relieves plantar fasciitis, tendonitis, arthritis,
    gout, neuropathy, or any other named condition
  • Treats, stabilises or aids recovery from a sprain, strain,
    fracture or any injury
  • Reduces swelling or inflammation from any medical cause
  • Replaces a prescribed orthosis, brace, cast or walking boot
  • Provides any therapeutic or clinical benefit

If you are looking for a device to treat a diagnosed condition, or one
that has been prescribed to you, this is not that product and you
should speak to your doctor or a medical supplier instead.

IF YOU HAVE PAIN, PLEASE SEE SOMEONE. Ankle and foot pain lasting more
than a couple of weeks, pain following an injury, or pain that is
getting worse should be assessed by a doctor or physiotherapist.
Ankle pain has many possible causes and some of them get worse while
you wait.

4. SAFE USE — PLEASE READ BEFORE WEARING

This section is part of these terms. By buying from us you confirm you
have read it.

DO NOT WEAR COMPRESSION WITHOUT MEDICAL ADVICE IF YOU HAVE:
  • Poor circulation or peripheral arterial disease
  • Diabetes, particularly with any reduced sensation in the feet
  • A current blood clot, or a history of deep vein thrombosis
  • Open wounds, broken skin, a rash, cellulitis or any skin
    infection on the foot or ankle
  • Significant swelling related to a heart or kidney condition
  • Any loss of sensation in the foot or ankle
  • A known allergy to any material listed on the product page

WHY THIS MATTERS. Compression depends on you being able to feel
whether it is too tight. If sensation in your feet is reduced you
cannot, and pressure damage can develop without you noticing. With
adjustable straps it is also easy to tighten the brace further than
you should.

WHILE WEARING IT:
  • Snug, not tight. You should be able to slide a finger under
    each strap
  • Smooth out any folds — a wrinkle concentrates pressure in
    one place
  • Start with a few hours a day and build up
  • Loosen the straps when you sit for a long period
  • Remove it at night unless a clinician has told you otherwise
  • Inspect your skin daily

LOOSEN OR REMOVE IT IMMEDIATELY IF YOU EXPERIENCE:
  • Numbness, tingling or pins and needles
  • Increased pain
  • Toes becoming pale, blue, dusky or cold
  • Skin that stays indented or discoloured after removal
  • Any rash, itching or broken skin

SEEK URGENT MEDICAL ATTENTION, AND DO NOT RELY ON THIS BRACE, IF:
  • One ankle, calf or leg swells suddenly, especially with pain,
    warmth or redness. This can indicate a blood clot
  • You cannot bear weight after an injury
  • The ankle is visibly deformed, or you heard a crack or pop
  • You have numbness or loss of movement in the foot

You are responsible for deciding whether this product is suitable for
you and for wearing it safely. We supply a garment; we cannot assess
your health or your circumstances.

5. PRODUCT INFORMATION AND ACCURACY

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Even so:

  • Photographs are illustrative. Colour can look different between
    screens
  • Measurements are supplied by the manufacturer and carry normal
    textile production tolerances
  • Comparisons on our site are between this brace and general
    categories of support garment, not against any named brand
  • Material composition is listed on the product page. If you have
    a textile or latex allergy, check it before ordering and email us
    if anything is unclear

If a product arrives materially different from its description, tell
us and we will put it right under our Refund Policy and your statutory
rights.

6. SIZING
─────────────────────────────────────────────
Sizes are based on ankle circumference, not shoe size. Our size guide
at getkoprez.com/pages/size-guide explains how to measure.

A brace in the wrong size will not perform as described, and an
undersized brace encourages overtightening. Your first size exchange
is free. Please measure before ordering.

7. PRICING AND PAYMENT
─────────────────────────────────────────────
  • Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and
    exclude import duties and taxes charged by your own country
  • "Was" prices shown alongside a sale price are our own previous
    selling price for the same item
  • Multi-pack pricing is applied automatically at checkout
  • Prices can change without notice. The price in force when your
    order is confirmed is the price that applies
  • Payment is taken in full at checkout through Shopify Payments or
    the gateway you select. We never see or store your full card
    number
  • If a price is listed in obvious error we may cancel and refund
    rather than supply at that price

8. ORDERS AND CONTRACT FORMATION

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you a
dispatch confirmation, not when you receive the order confirmation.

We may refuse or cancel an order where a size is out of stock, where a
price or description was wrong, where we cannot ship to the address,
where payment is declined or flagged, or where we reasonably suspect
fraud or resale in breach of these terms. We will always refund in
full.

9. REVIEWS AND CUSTOMER CONTENT

Reviews shown on our site are submitted by real customers. We do not
write, buy, incentivise or edit reviews, and we do not delete a review
because it is critical. A review marked "verified buyer" is linked to
a confirmed order.

Reviews describe one person's experience with a garment. They are not
medical advice and are not claims by us. We may decline to publish, or
may remove, a review that states or implies the product treats a
medical condition, because a customer's claim is not something we can
substantiate and is not a claim we make.

By submitting a review, photo or video you grant us a non-exclusive,
royalty-free licence to display it on our site, in our emails and in
our advertising. You keep ownership of it. We may remove content that
is unlawful, abusive, off-topic, or that encourages unsafe use.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All text, images, layout, code and design on getkoprez.com are owned
by or licensed to ClickCraft Ventures. You may not copy, reproduce or
republish them commercially without written permission.

Any third-party brand name appearing anywhere on this site is the
property of its owner. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or
authorised by any other brace or orthotics manufacturer, and this
product is not a replacement part for or compatible with any branded
system.

11. PROHIBITED USE

You may not use this site to break the law, to introduce malware, to
scrape or harvest data, to interfere with its operation, to resell our
products as your own brand without a written agreement, or to
impersonate us or another person.

You may not resell this product with medical or therapeutic claims
attached. Doing so may make you the manufacturer of a medical device
under the law of your country, with all the obligations that follow.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Nothing in this section limits our liability for death or personal
injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, for defective products
under Directive 85/374/EEC as amended, or for anything else that
cannot be limited by law. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not
affected.

Subject to that, and to the maximum extent the law allows:

  • Our total liability for any claim connected with a product or
    order is limited to the amount you paid for that order
  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including
    loss of earnings or the cost of medical treatment
  • We are not liable for loss or injury resulting from wearing the
    product contrary to section 4, from wearing it despite a
    contraindication listed there, from overtightening the straps, or
    from using it in place of medical assessment or prescribed
    treatment
  • We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs
    authorities, weather or events outside our reasonable control

13. PRODUCT COMPLIANCE AND EU RESPONSIBLE PERSON

This product is supplied as a textile compression support garment for
general consumer use, not as a medical device, and is placed on the EU
market in line with Regulation (EU) 2023/988 on General Product Safety.

NOTE ON MEDICAL DEVICE STATUS. Because this product is sold without
medical claims, it is not a medical device under Regulation (EU)
2017/745. If any medical, therapeutic or treatment claim were added to
its marketing, it would become a Class I medical device and could not
lawfully be sold in the EU without CE marking, technical
documentation, an EU Declaration of Conformity, EUDAMED registration
and a Person Responsible for Regulatory Compliance.

These terms are governed by Italian law. Nothing here deprives you of
the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your own country of
residence.

We may update these terms. The version in force when you place an
